    *PAYMENTS ACCEPTED Cash & Zelle.

    Paypal, Venmo will require $3.00 fee

    New Clients will now require a $10 non-refundable deposit to secure appointments.

    Clients have 24hours BEFORE their appointment to cancel WITHOUT penalty

    any cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of their scheduled services.

    NO SHOW and SAME DAY cancellations will be charged 100% of their scheduled service fee WITHOUT EXCEPTION, NO REFUNDS.

    Groupon vouchers are accepted PLEASE READ due to HIGH volume of vouchers, if used in place of deposit you forfeit your Groupon in its entirety.

    Prepaid MEMBER standing appointments will now allow ONE reschedule, after 2nd reschedule you forfeit that massage. Adding 30min to an additional standing appointment to make up for a reschedule is NO longer allowed.

    Please be understanding as this is a small business and every appointment is valued and appreciated. This policy also applies to covid related cancellations. We do understand that sickness is sudden and unexpected this policy is in place to protect the business.
