New Clients and GROUPONS will now require a $10- $25 non-refundable booking fee to secure future appointments.

this heavily reduces No shows & reschedules for persons that could have used your timeslot(s)

Prepaid standing MEMBER appointments will now allow ONE reschedule, after 2nd reschedule you forfeit that massage. Adding 30min to an additional standing appointment to make up for a reschedule is NO longer allowed. Unless therapist is at fault

Please be understanding as this is a small business and every appointment is valued and appreciated. This policy also applies to covid related cancellations. We do understand that sickness is sudden and unexpected this policy is in place to protect the business.
